Our Services

• IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement)

  This is a formal agreement with your creditors to repay what you can afford and usually lasts for 60 months. We specialise in setting up and administering these arrangements.

• DMP (Debt Management Programme)

  This is an informal payment arrangement with your creditors that we can administer on your behalf. We can negotiate with your creditors to try and get interest and charges frozen and offer them a more affordable payment on your behalf.

• Bankruptcy

  We can offer you advice if you feel this is the correct option for your circumstances. We can assist you with the process and our bankruptcy specialists can guide you through the paperwork.

• PTD (Protected Trust Deeds)

  In simple terms, this is the Scottish equivalent of an IVA, although the term usually lasts only 36 months and this is only available to residents of Scotland. There are varying terms and conditions from that of an IVA but a Trust Deed also has to be overseen by a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
